As the Local Member for Karama I am focused on improving the quality of life for all those who live and work in our community of Malak and Karama.
A large portion of my work is targeted at children and their families, as I have six schools in my electorate and hundreds of families. As such, I spend a large amount of time working to support these schools and engaging with families to find out what enhancements they’d like to see in our community to benefit their children. I then work with stakeholders to try to deliver a safer and more engaging community.
I work in partnership with local Aldermen, businesses and organisations to deliver free community events and help to promote the great work and achievements of those in our community.
I will continue to work for all of those who live and work in the Karama Electorate and encourage community members to speak with me about their ideas on how we can build a brighter community.
